Vendor OpportunitiesThis year celebrates the 13th year of the MSP Polar Bear Plunge held to benefit Special Olympics Maryland. In 2008, this event drew more than 20,000 Plungers and spectators, and we expect an equally impressive turn-out in 2009! The Plunge Winter Festival is returning , once again housed in a huge heated tent at Sandy Point State Park. With live music, great food and displays, the Astro Events Family Fun Zone presented by Amerigroup, and of course the Polar Porker 500 (live pig-racing action), the festival tent will be the place to be a the 2009 Plunge. We will be providing 10’ X 10’ spaces within this area where corporate displays, food vendors, and artisans alike have the opportunity to be a part of the coolest event of the year. The cost of this opportunity varies based on the product – see application for details. Space is limited and on a first come, first serve basis. We will do our best to provide product exclusivity. With unprecented media support from WBAL-TV Ch. 11, 98 Rock, WBAL-AM, Comcast-Chesapeake Bay Group and the Baltimore Sun, the 2009 Plunge will provide your company with a great promotional opportunity and a chance to help over 10,000 Maryland athletes with intellectual disabilities. Come join us and be a part of one of the largest fund raising events in Maryland all for the benefit of Special Olympics Maryland. Important Note to VendorsAll Vendors are required to submit proof of Insurance prior to move-in. Copies of documentation must be given to show management prior to event.
