Parking for the 13th Annual MSP Polar Bear Plunge will be available at the following locations:

Naval Academy Stadium – Annapolis, MD

Anne Arundel Community College – Annapolis, MD

Kent Island High School – Stevensville, MD

Sandy Point State Park – Annapolis, MD

    • Important Information - If you plan to park at Sandy Point State Park, please take note of the following:
      • Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot guarantee what time the parking lot will be closed to incoming traffic – only that it will be early.
      • Please check the status of the on-site parking prior to your departure by tuning into WBAL-TV Channel 11, WBAL-AM 1090, or 98 Rock for updates.
      • There will be VMS boards at key locations along I-97, Rt. 50, and Rt. 2 indicating the parking status at Sandy Point State Park.  Please pay attention to these signs, as they will alert you when on-site parking is officially closed, and you need to park at the Naval Academy Stadium.
      • If you are traveling to the Plunge from north or west of Sandy Point State Park, please consider using off-site parking and/or check the status of the parking before driving directly to the Park.  If you do, and the Park is closed to incoming traffic, you may have to turn around and head back to the Naval Academy Stadium or Anne Arundel Community College to park.
      • If you park at Sandy Point State Park, expect delays in exiting the park after the Plunge.  This is due to the fact that one lane out of the park will remain open to the shuttle buses only.  Your patience is appreciated.
