Registration Update

We received many helpful suggestions for improvement on the registration process, and are in the process of finalizing the plans for 2009. Our priority is dramatically reducing the amount of time Plungers spend waiting on line. We are also considering a new process that will allow those who have pre-registered to expedite the process on Plunge day.

Parking Update

Final parking plans are being reviewed by the Plunge Committee, and will be announced at a later date. We will once again be utilizing the free Plunge shuttle system and working with professional transportation managers to ensure that the 2009 transportation system is safe, smooth and efficient.

Please consult the website before making final travel plans, as changes to last year’s system are likely.

Dontations Update

*All donations sent to SOMD before the Plunge will be processed before the event, except those that arrive the Friday before the event or later-these will not appear in your online total until post-event.
*Accepting cash and writing a personal check is discouraged- simply hand in cash with donor information at the event.
*Only Donors with complete contact info will receive a thank you letter for tax purposes. You may request additional tax reciepts at Registration.
