What is a Freez-E Pass?
It’s a special pass designed to make sure you freeze in the water, not in line!
Here’s how it works:
- Any pre-registered Plunge participant who turns in the minimum $50 by January 13th will be mailed a pre-printed FREEZ-E PASS that includes all necessary registration information
- Using the pass is a breeze! Just sign the waiver on the form, take it with you to the Registration tent and proceed thru any of the lanes to complete your Plunge packet pick-up - but be on the lookout for the designated "FREEZ-E PASS ONLY" lanes to reduce your wait time
- To meet the deadline and get your FREEZ-E PASS, donations can be raised online, or mailed to:

If mailed, it must be delivered approximately 10 days prior to the deadline in order to allow time to have your minimum donation processed. Be sure all donations mailed in are clearly marked with your name as the participant so that they can be properly credited.
NOTE: You are not required to turn in $50 prior to Plunge Day in order to participate, only to receive the FREEZ-E PASS.
- If you do not receive your FREEZ-E PASS or forget to bring it with you on Plunge Day, don't panic! We still have your information and can process you just like any other Plunger on Plunge Day.
